This was my first purchase from Nels and was very pleased. The hair is so soft and natural looking. Since it was my first time I didn’t know to get customization. I just ordered another wig with customization. Can’t wait to get it. Customer service is awesome. They keep you informed and answer very quickly if you have a question. Vera 01 is so pretty and the pink highlights are perfect for someone who doesn’t want a ton of color. Just perfectly placed throughout the wig.

I have 2 of the Shauna straight wigs, and she is gorgeous!!! The color is literally the PERFECT blonde and the rooting is perfect as well. The hair is so soft and the density is perfect - not too thick or thin. LOVE all the Shaunas!!!

Fitting perfectly for a small head (although I still have room in it) and the color is so beautiful. The lace is easy to melt and disappears after.

I really wanted the Tanya Bob but she was out of stock in my size. I used the chat box to see if Tanya 04 could be customized and sure enough she could.
