To maintain our high quality standards and ensure timely deliveries, we may temporarily pause customization during periods of high order volume for one or two weeks.

This allows us to focus on fulfilling existing orders and ensuring they are shipped on the promised date.

• Standard Customization Turnaround Time: Up to 15 business days.   

• Rush Customization Turnaround Time: 2 to 5 business days.   

Free Lace Cutting: Typically ships within 24 hours . If you purchase the Return & Exchange Coverage for your order, DO NOT request a lace cut, as it will not be performed.

Important: If you have specific customization instructions, please include them in the order notes before finalizing your purchase. Once submitted, do not navigate back to avoid losing your notes. Your attention to these details helps us ensure your order is processed accurately and efficiently.
