To maintain our high-quality standards and ensure timely deliveries, we may temporarily pause customization during periods of high order volume for one or two weeks. However, customization will be available for wigs released by Ambassadors for 48 hours after the release.

This allows us to focus on fulfilling existing orders and ensuring they are shipped on the promised date.

Time frame:

• Standard Customization Turnaround Time: Up to 15 business days.   

• Rush Customization Turnaround Time: 2 to 5 business days. This service may vary; please check the 'UPDATE' page if you do not see the Rush Service under customization tab.

Customized Orders are not eligible for Return. If your order includes customization‚ including lace cut‚ please do not add return coverage upon checkout.
