LACE CUTTING - FREE

Most lace front wigs arrive with the lace still attached and will need to be trimmed before wearing.

We offer two lace cutting options: zig-zag and straight. Both options are based on personal preference. If you are unsure which to choose, you may select the “Choose for Me” option, and we will select the lace cut that best suits your specific wig.

Monofilament wigs typically come with a small strip of lace at the hairline. Some clients prefer to keep this lace attached, while others prefer it trimmed closer to the hairline. If you would like it adjusted, you may select the “Mono Lace Cut” option, and we will trim it accordingly. We do not recommend a zig-zag cut for monofilament wigs. The lace will be trimmed straight at the hairline.

If a lace cutting option is selected, please ensure that the return coverage insurance is removed from your cart, as customized wigs are not eligible for return or exchange.

LENGTH AND LAYERS - $15.99

This option allows you to shorten the length of your wig to your preferred style. Please enter your desired length in the box provided, using a format such as 18 to 19 inches.

Layers: When we shorten the wig, we also add light layers to help the fibers move more naturally and give a soft, blended look. If you prefer more defined or heavier layers, you can select that option when placing your order.

Shag layers are created higher in the wig to add texture and volume, while regular layers begin lower for a softer, more natural finish. For the best shag-style result, we recommend choosing lift option as well to enhance the overall shape and movement.

Face-framing layers typically begin just below the chin and blend softly down through the rest of the hair.

For reference, wig length is measured by holding the wig and using a soft measuring tape from the center of the part down to the ends of the hair. Because wigs are hand-layered for a natural look, it can be difficult to
achieve one exact, uniform length throughout. You may notice slight variations, such as some sections measuring 15 inches and others 16 inches, which helps the style blend and move more naturally.

SHAG STYLE CUT - $17.99

This option is designed for wigs that are 17” or shorter. The style includes shag-style layers and added lift to create more volume and movement.

A shag cut requires higher layering, which may result in a slightly shorter overall length. While lift is included with this service, not all wigs can achieve a high lift. Results may vary depending on the wig’s construction and density.

If you would like a shag style on a longer wig, please do not select this option, as it does not include a length cut. Instead, choose Length & Layers option, specify your desired length, and select “Shag Layers” in the instructions. You may also add lift to achieve a similar result.

The customization cost will be the same as the Shag Style option, but this helps us ensure the wig is shortened before the shag layers are added.

RESTYLING - $15.99

Restyling your wig refers to either straightening it or adding waves or tighter curls, based on your preference. Please specify your desired style in the box.

CURTAIN BANGS - $9.99

Curtain bangs typically begin around cheek length and can extend to between the cheek and chin, depending on your preference. They are designed to softly frame the face and blend into the rest of the hair.

When creating curtain bangs, we carefully cut and shape them using our styling tools, directing each side away from the face to achieve the signature parted look. Curtain bangs are most commonly styled with a middle part. If you prefer a side part instead, please be sure to select the part change option so we can set the part before cutting the bangs.

You may enter an exact measurement or describe your preference, such as "cheek length" or "between cheek and chin".

THINNING - $8.99

Light thinning involves a single pass through the entire wig, while heavy thinning requires two passes. During the heavy thinning process, we ensure to reduce the weight as much as possible.

LAYERS ONLY  - $8.99

This option is for adding layers only, without changing the overall length of the wig. If you have selected the “Length and Layers” service, please do not choose this option, as layering is already included.

ADDING LIFT - $8.99

Lift refers to adding volume to the top of your wig. Please note that the results may vary, as some fibers will achieve a fuller lift than others.

CAP RESIZING: $13.99

Cap customization refers only to reducing the cap size, not enlarging it. Please provide your head measurements in the box, and we will adjust the cap to fit as closely as possible to your specifications. If only the circumference measurements are provided, we will use our size chart to make the appropriate adjustments.

If the wig feels snug, please remove the elastic band and leave the back straps unhooked to allow for a more comfortable fit.

CHANGE OF PART ON FREE PART WIGS - $5.99

Part customization is available only for wigs with a free-part construction.

For middle-part wigs, the part can be slightly shifted to the left or right as needed, so selecting this option is not necessary.

RUSH MY CUSTOMIZATION - $15.99

While standard customization has a turnaround time of up to 15 business days, rush customization orders are typically shipped within 2 to 5 business days from the date the order is placed.
