I am absolutely thrilled with this wig! I had it customized from 23" down to 19" with 17" and 18" layers, and the cut is perfect. The layers give it such a natural shape and movement — it doesn’t feel heavy or flat at all.
The hairline is incredibly realistic and blends beautifully, which makes styling it easy and gives me a lot of confidence wearing it. It truly looks natural right out of the box.
Shipping was also super fast, which was such a pleasant surprise. Everything about this experience exceeded my expectations.
Most importantly… I feel pretty wearing it, and that means everything. I would absolutely order again and highly recommend!
Got this for my daughter. Color is fabulous. She did trim it on the back since it was too long. She said the front of the wig felt like it had some product on it. She'll wash and show me again. The color looks great on her

I also wanted to reassure you that we only ship brand new wigs. At this time, returned wigs are not resold. I just wanted to mention this in case she thought a used wig had been shipped. Even when Nellie customizes wigs, she only uses water and does not apply any styling products.
All wigs may have a light silicone spray on them from the factory. If the fibers feel a bit stuck together, she can simply mist the wig lightly with water and gently brush it, which will help separate the fibers.

The color blends are beautiful. You have to blow it with air dryer and shake it a little to bring out the lovely style of this girl.
Gorgeous wig, super soft, does not tangle easily like many brands, and love the coloring. I get compliments daily. Will definitely be ordering more.
I’m so glad that I saw Denise Sheet’s review and bought this wig. I have a 22.5 inch circumference and have plenty of room. I was scared of the color but it’s perfect! No makeup….was too excited to take the time!!!

Love Nels. Have many! I somehow thought this one was longer based on the photo on the website. It's a nice wig, light-weight, good hairline, pretty style. But it didn't meet my expectation. I hope someday there will be a longer one of Kenya.

I love the color choices in Morris. It is beautiful. The cap comes with combs and a band which I have not needed but love having it in case I do need it. I bought a large. The lace comes down a little low on the ears. I haven't trimmed as much as I need yet - don't want to lose hair. So far I just tucked it behind my ear. I wish Nel had been able to customize it for me on the length - it is a little too long. All this makes it sound like there were a lot of problems with the wig - there is not. You have to customize every wig you buy. I also worked on a side part and bringing the hair up more (more lift) which worked fine. Measure you head to make sure that you are buying the right size. I think I could have gone with an average. Love it anyway.
Wow. The color is so beautiful and I love the wave pattern. I added lift and front layering and thinned to perfection. Definitely recommend this style. Picture includes indoor light and outdoor sun.

Gorgeous, like oh my gosh. Just wish the hairline was a little better. Even with pinking shears it looks a bit "wiggy". But other than that it's flawless
This wig is simply stunning. My biohair is white and silver and my wig choices have been in that color range. When I was younger, I was a strawberry blonde. I decided to try this wig, even though it was out of my comfort zone.
When i put on this wig, I looked in the mirror and saw the best of me, wiser yet youthful! This wig makes me very happy!
I also feel it is a good value and the hairline is convincing.

I received my crown in less than a week. The color, the quality and the fit is perfect. Nel's has the best fibers I've found. And her customer service is top notch. I'm definitely a customer for life. The name of this beautiful crown is Morris. I'm hoping that she will eventually come in more colors. I highly recommend Nel's Wigs. You won't be disappointed.

Gorgeous warm bronde color, excellent hairline, perfect length and density. Very happy with this one and would recommend! The only thing is I did not realize it was unrooted so I added a shadow root myself and now she is perfect for me.
