This wig is so pretty, and though customization was not available for the fuller look, customer service provided me with a video link to see how it was done.
Thankfully I already had a hot comb (and I assume most of us have a hair dryer) so the restyling was fairly easy. The fibers were very easy to redirect.
My only complaint is that Neil’s wigs doesn’t offer their wigs in a number of colors. The highlights in this wig are a bit stark, but I used dark brown root touch up color powder to tone them down.

Beautiful right out of the package! As usually all Nel’s crowns are beautiful! So thankful to have found her!!

Missy is a lovely crown but, she’s not what I expected. In the pics, Missy appears to have more platinum than brown. However, she is mostly brown. A pretty crown but, she’s not as shown in the pics. The quality and workmanship is excellent, I just wish she actually looked like the pics. I did have Nel customize Missy for me to add light, face framing layers as well as shortening her to 16”. I would return her but, unable to do so since she’s been customized.

Everything about this wig and the cap construction is amazing. I love the little extras included with purchase. This is my first Nels purchase but definetly not the last.

The waves are stunning and look so natural.
The hair fibers are soft and luxurious, and it doesn't tangle easily.
Grace is a fantastic choice! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for style and comfort!

My head is small it kept sliding back but dummy me didn’t know I had to adjust the back band lol now it’s perfect

Just have to say that this wig is honestly the best wig I have ever had. The fiber feels like real hair. Usually when wearing a wig I want to wash it after two days, but this wig it hardly gets tangled, it keeps the feeling of real hair, it has not frayed at the ends. It is simply perfect!!!!! I went to the store and people were talking me how much they love my hair and the color. I have did cut the lace a little close so I just made bangs and ordered me another one. Thank you so much Nel’s Wigs!!!!!!
