Silvie is one of those crowns that you put on your head and instantly know that she is perfect! Not too long,not too short,low density and a perfect blend of colors. i usually don't buy multiples of one style,but I am going to definitely get another one,maybe in a different color variation!

I just love this colorway! The coloring is soft and sophisticated. The layered style is modern, up to date that could easily transition from business/boardroom to date night out, then to the beach and back again. I have a large size head measuring 23 inches. I purchased the large (although I can get into the average if needed - just for reference purposes) and it fits so comfortably. I'm loving this new collection as I think Nellie has made some improvements. The front hairline knots seem smaller and she's carried the lighter coloring up to the front resulting in virtually imperceptible knots and a more natural appearance. Way to go!!! My first Marlene purchase was Marlene 02 that I had customized into a shag style and I've received so many compliments on her. She has been my go to, but alas, she is no longer available. Now this beauty shows up! Might I say perfection 🥰. The color is gorgeous without being over the top. Hints of blush pink balanced by a milky blonde main color. I would say she leans toward neutral-cool (but I'm no expert). Nel has outdone herself with these new additions as she has carried the lighter coloring to the front hairline and made the knotting smaller. The knots are virtually imperceptible. As per usual the fibers are soft and dreamy to touch. I just purchased a backup because I think Marlene 19 will sell out fast! 😊 THANK YOU NELLIE!
Carmella is gorgeous. She has silky, smooth locks . She wears just right . I have an average head and she fits snug with Cascading waves . I wear her with confidence and she is a breeze to put on. I'm so happy I found this company and that you have affordable wigs.
I adore this crown. Very low density, perfect length and style for me. The color is almost, but not totally, pure white. Not blazingly white like Ivette 03, but the perfect match to my (previous) bio hair. It came with all the front hair swept back, so I did a bit of lift and direction to give it the part I wanted and now I adore it and have worn it every day since it arrived. I'll be ordering more of this one for backups!
Don't let this one fool you when you first open the package. It's a mono top, so it comes with a zig-zag part and is very flat on the head. I like my hairpieces to be a bit fluffy and look newly blown out. I ALMOST put it back in the package to send back (I had paid for return service) for that reason - thinking I did not like the style. Then I said "What the heck? Nel's wigs are always great, so I'll just go ahead and comb out the part and add some lift" (knowing I couldn't return if I did). Boy, am I glad I did. The change was immediate and dramatic! It is gorgeous! Lesson learned: YOU MUST PLAY WITH THEM AND MAKE THEM YOUR OWN before you decide you don't like them. This is a definite keeper!

The most natural coloring of any Nellie Wig I own. I cut some length and added face framing layers and bangs. If you’re a medium to light brunette, this is a great summer wig with the blonde highlighting or if you’re brunette and want to try blonde, I’d suggest this one.

I can't believe how much time I spent buying and returning wigs from the big-name brands before finally trying one from Nel. After watching Denise from Hey Wig Sister rave about them, I decided to give one a chance—and I'm so glad I did!
The first thing I noticed was how soft and smooth the fibers are. They feel much more like my bio hair than any of the other brands I've tried, and they don't seem to tangle nearly as much. The color is absolutely beautiful, too.
I also love that I was able to order a small cap size. I didn't have Nel customize mine, but I cut it myself, and I'm thrilled with how it turned out.

this one here is probably one of the best ones I have ever purchased in my 7 years of wig experience the lace is sooo comfortable and versatile parting not to mention the color blend absolutely gorgeous and to make it even better the customer support was on top of an issue I ran into with the shipping (not at all Nels fault) but she immediately done what could and that to me was amazing the product is great more then great but when u have customer service that is even better not many shops have this in today’s economy

At the age of 61, there are days when my self esteem needs a boost! On those days I pull out Kenya Orchid! I love to wear it with a complimentary outfit. That Orchid is just stunning! If you have blue eyes, it will really bring them out! Its such a fun, spunky wig, you WON'T be sorry!!! I wore it all day comfortably in 95% Alabama humidity!!!

This piece is beautiful. The color, the curl, the hairline...all stunning. I ordered a small and she fit great! I unintentionally straightened it while trying to curl her, so now I wear her straight. I get compliments on her every time I wear her. I wish I had ordered a back up before she sold out!
This unit doesn’t have ear-tabs. It doesn’t stay secure on my head amd slips back. Even with the clips & grips. Its large and the fibers fall flat in your face. It looks nothing like the photos.

Upon reviewing your account, we can see that Nellie personally assisted you after your purchase because you were not sure about the wig you bought. She provided additional photos you requested, information your needed and comparing the color to other wigs to help you make your decision. Our lace front wigs do not come with ear tabs, we provided an image of Marci's cap which shows that the wig doesn't have ear tab.
Regarding the fit, cap measurements are listed on each product page so customers can choose the size that best suits them. Based on your previous order, it appears you have a Small/Petite head size, so this cap may simply be too large. We recommend making the cap smaller by sewing the wefts together, and we have a tutorial available on our YouTube channel. For face flopping fibers please use heat comb to push the hair back.
