    • Standard Orders: We primarily ship standard orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. However, some orders may be shipped immediately upon receipt. Please review your order carefully before placing it. Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST on Friday and any orders placed on Saturday may be shipped the following Monday. However, in some cases, we do ship on Saturdays as well. Live show standard orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. 
    • Customized Orders: Please allow up to 15 business days for processing customized orders. Click HERE for more information.           
    • Sale: When we have sales promotions, our shipping turnaround time is 1 to 3 business days.                                
    • Expedited Shipping: If you would like expedited shipping, please text us at 801-427-8514 immediately after you place your order or before placing your order, and we will check the shipping options for you. Once orders are processed and shipped, we won't be able to change the shipping option.

     

    If you encounter any issues with your package, please contact us at support@nelswigs.com. We will gladly provide the necessary details for your claim.

    IMPORTANT NOTE:

    While we are committed to assisting you, please be aware that Nel's Wigs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped. We recommend that all parties work directly with USPS or UPS for resolution in such cases.
