    • Standard Orders: We primarily ship standard orders within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. However, some orders may be shipped immediately upon receipt. Please review your order carefully before placing it. Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST on Friday and any orders placed on Saturday may be shipped the following Monday. However, in some cases, we do ship on Saturdays as well.
    • Customized Orders: Please allow up to 15 business days for shipping customized orders. Click HERE for more information.   
    • Sale and Live Show Orders: During sales promotions or after live shows, our standard order processing and shipping turnaround time is 1 to 4 business days.    
    • Expedited Shipping: If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order, and we will check the shipping options for you. 
    • Change of Address: Please contact us via chat (available on our website) within one hour of placing your order if you need to request an address change. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that address updates can be made..
    • International Shipping: For international orders, any customs, import, or border charges applied by your country are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

    IMPORTANT NOTE:

    While we are committed to assisting you, please note that Nel’s Wigs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped. We recommend contacting USPS or UPS directly to initiate a claim or investigation. However, we will gladly provide any necessary information and assist with tracking the package from our side to help support the resolution process as much as possible.
