    The hair is soft and the wig is well made, but it’s a shorter bob. Not the cut pictured.

    I wanted to clarify that the length of wigs can vary from person to person. This difference is influenced by the size of your neck, head, and shoulders. I apologize if the wig seems shorter on you than it did on the mannequin. We always provide the length in the description of each wig for your reference.

    Please know that the wig in the pictures is the exact same one you received. If we ever receive different batches that look noticeably different, we retake the pictures before releasing them to ensure accuracy.
