    Due to hygiene reasons, we are not accepting returns or exchange at this time. With that said, your satisfaction is our goal.

    Please contact us to arrange a Video Call in which we can show you details about the wigs, get to know you, and increase the chances of you making a purchasing decision you’ll be happy you made.

      Shipping:

          We ship orders within 24 hours via United States Postal Service. For the convenience of our customers, we are happy to share the tracking numbers. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and suggest all parties work through the USPS if necessary.

      Special Circumstances:

         If a product needs to be returned due to an error on our end, we will either exchange it or issue a full refund after it is returned. Furthermore, we will pay for the return shipping as well as the shipping necessary for a replacement to be sent. For example, if an incorrect product was shipped or there is a problem with the quality (perhaps a broken or missing strap), we will either replace it or refund the purchase amount, plus cover the shipping.
        VERY IMPORTANT: Before agreeing to accept a return or issue a refund, we will want to see images of the damaged or incorrect product. We do a thorough quality inspection before packaging and shipping each item, and because of it, our mistakes are few and far between. Therefore, we will just want to verify the problem was caused by us and not as a result of something that happened after the customer received the product.
        1. Also, if a product is returned without us being contacted first, or there is no reason to dispute the purchase, we are not obligated to issue a refund or exchange. Product needs to be returned withing 6 business days.

       

      Cancellations & Exchanges:

          1. Our customers are allowed to cancel an order within one (1) hour.
         For any time beyond that, we cannot ensure a cancellation will be successful.
