    When you opt in for our Returns Coverage, you can return any item(s) from your order for store credit within 7 days of delivery. 

    Return Coverage is available within the U.S., and we will provide a return shipping label. Please understand that after the 7-day window closes, the order will no longer be eligible for return. International orders are final sale. 

    •  Return coverage is only available for purchases made through our website, not through other sales channels.

    • Customized orders are not eligible for return.

     

    Note: Lace cutting will not be performed on orders that include return coverage, regardless of whether the service was requested. 

    Return Eligibility:

    • You must purchase the Return Coverage at check out. If the coverage was not purchased, the order will not be eligible for return.
    • You must submit your return request within 7 days of delivery. Returns submitted after this period will be ineligible.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered. We will fully inspect all returned items before accepting the return.
    • Returns are for Store Credit only. If you encounter any issues with the return process, please reach out to us at support@nelswigs.com, and we will assist you with your return. 

      Please note that our emails may sometimes end up in your spam or junk folder. To ensure you receive our communications without interruption, we kindly ask that you check your spam folder and mark our emails as ‘Safe.’ This will help ensure that future messages land directly in your inbox.

    Conditions for Rejection:

    We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the following criteria even if the Return & Exchange coverage was purchased:

    • Lace cut:  Please ensure the lace stays intact.
    • Odors: Returns with any odors (perfume, smoke, oil) will not be accepted.
    • Makeup: Any signs of makeup on the wig will lead to a rejection.
    • Mismatch: The returned wig must be the exact same item that was shipped by Nel's Wigs.
    • Worn Items: Signs of the wig being worn will lead to a rejection.
    • ModificationsAny alterations made to the wig by customer render it ineligible for return.
