Return

When you opt in for our Return Coverage, you can return any item(s) from your order for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Please note that the store credit issued will be for the product(s) returned only. The Return Coverage fee and any shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit.

• Return Coverage is only available for purchases made directly through our website and does not apply to orders placed through other sales channels such as Shop, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

• Return Coverage is available within the U.S., and we will provide a return shipping label. Please note that once the 7-day return window has closed, the order will no longer be eligible for return, and the return shipping label will expire. If a package is shipped after the return period has expired, it may be lost in transit. In such cases, Nel’s Wigs is not responsible for the loss. 

• Return Coverage applies only to the order on which it was purchased and cannot be transferred or applied to other orders.

• Customized orders are not eligible for return. Please do not add Return Coverage to your order if you choose customization for your wig.

Note: Lace cutting will not be performed on orders that include return coverage, regardless of whether the service was requested. 

Return Eligibility and Store Credit:

• You must purchase the Return Coverage at check out. If the coverage was not purchased, the order will not be eligible for return.
• You must submit your return request within 7 days of delivery. Returns submitted after this period will be ineligible.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered. We will fully inspect all returned items before accepting the return.
• Returns are for Store Credit only. The store credit does not expire and can be used on your next purchase at checkout on the website. Please note that if the store credit code was not applied at checkout, it cannot be added later by either the customer or Nel's Wigs once the order has been placed. However, the credit may still be used on future orders.

Our emails may sometimes end up in your spam or junk folder. To ensure you receive our communications without interruption, we kindly ask that you check your spam folder and mark our emails as ‘Safe.’ This will help ensure that future messages land directly in your inbox.

Conditions for Rejection:

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the following criteria even if the Return & Exchange coverage was purchased:

• Lace cut:  Please ensure the lace stays intact.
• Odors: Returns with any odors (perfume, smoke, oil) will not be accepted.
• Makeup: Any signs of makeup on the wig will lead to a rejection.
• Mismatch: The returned wig must be the exact same item that was shipped by Nel's Wigs.
• Worn Items: Signs of the wig being worn will lead to a rejection.
• Modifications: Any alterations made to the wig by customer render it ineligible for return.

POLICY UPDATES:

Nel's Wigs reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website.
