    If I could give 5 stars for customer service that was fantastic. However the wig I received is pretty but it was losing hair all over. I didn’t even put it on and had hair everywhere. I tried putting it on and brushing it with the brush I bought from Nel and it got worse. Really disappointed not one I can really wear .

    We replied via text message but didn't hear back from you. Just in case, I'm letting you know here as well that Nellie doesn't shed that much. Minimal shedding for some wigs is normal, but it's more like how your bio hair sheds. All you have to do is spray your Nellie with water and use our detangling brush to brush the wig throughout. Any loose hair will come out, but it will not shed after that. Dont be scared of brushing this wig, the curls are gonna stay. Just shake after brushing.

    Nel shortened her to about 20-21 inches. I fell in love with her right out of the bag. She is so soft, the perfect density, and the hairline is amazing. I’d buy her in every color if possible.

    My favorite so far!

    I love Nellie 02. Her curves are amazing. 😉 Seriously, the way she falls around your face and over your shoulders, just perfect. Her fibers are so soft and all I had to do was cut her lace! Absolutely just a throw on and go. Thank you Nel! ❤️

    Nelllie in this new length is absolute perfection! Her layers are phenomenal and her coloring beyond! The parting space is ideal. I cannot say much more but I highly recommend!!!!
