The most I disliked was the customer service. I wanted to return this wig because the color was not right for me. But because I didn’t press the tiny little button that said “buy with refund” they would not let me return it. It was my first time ordering from them. They would not make an exception. Not budge at all. I’ll never buy from Nel’s wigs again.

Glad you sent this Nel. I could only read reviews. Couldn't figure out how to get in to leave one.

I ordered Alex w/a middle part and some lift. This is my favorite style. When it arrived, it took my breath away at the softness and the pretty color with such a very light, light sort of butterscotch and blond. I honestly don't think there is a finer wig to purchase. This one-woman show is worth her wt. in gold. She's in it for the perfection of every. Pricing is the best I've seen. Above all it's a pleasure to do business w/the owner.
