Thank you so much for your review. The extra heavy layers were added per your customization request, and Nellie carefully incorporated them. Please note that any customization will alter the original style of the wig.

We understand that transitioning from hard front wigs to lace front wigs can be challenging at first, but we are here to support you every step of the way. Lace front wigs do not lay the same as hard-front wigs; however, once you become familiar with how to wear and style them, many clients find they truly fall in love with lace fronts as well.

If the hair is not laying flat, the cap may need adjusting. We recommend tightening the back straps and elastic band first. Please also ensure you are using a reusable cap (combo) or a wig grip, as these help keep the wig securely in place. Nylon caps work for some, but not for everyone. If the hair needs redirection, a blow dryer can be used to gently guide it to your desired side.
