EU Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

For your convenience, we offer a prepaid return shipping label through our withdrawal portal. If you choose to use our label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Once we have received your notice of withdrawal, we will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products exempt under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, including but not limited to:

• Lace cut: Lace must remain intact. 
• Odors: Items with odors such as perfume, smoke, or oils will be rejected.
• Makeup: Any signs of makeup on the wig will result in rejection.
• Mismatch: The returned wig must be the exact item originally shipped.
• Worn items: Any indication the wig has been worn will result in rejection.
• Any alterations or customizations made by Nel's Wigs at the customer's request, or any modifications made by the customer after delivery, render the item ineligible for return.
