This add on is worth it for piece of mind, especially being new. It is even returnable with customizations. Just passing on for you other newbies - lace will not be cut if you have customizations and use the return option. 😊

Return and Exchange coverage is great!
I was able to order a wig that I wasn't sure I would like, but with the return/exchange policy I gave it a try. Turned out the color was not what I wanted, and it was so easy to contact Nellie and work out an exchange for another wig that would suit me better!
