My first wig was Adele Ash sadly it dint work for me. I decided to try Lauren. At first I thought this wig was also too ashy for my complexion and considered returning it. But after trying it on during the day I fell in love. It's a beautiful wig and looks amazing in natural light! I am happy with my purchase.

I ordered Lauren because I loved the color variation. However, when it arrived, it was mostly black, with very little gray/silver. I obviously can't wear it but I can't return because I did a lace customization. Really disappointed. I think you ought to charge for the lace cutting so that it can be returned and resold by another customer. Cutting the lace is such a small customization. I have hand shaking and can't use it too much so I had to ask for it. Real bummer.

Love the color, soft texture and feels so light. Perfect for work

This is my first Nel’s Wig and I really wanted to love it. I have a very fair complexion, but thought the face-framing grey would buffer the brunette. Not so. It’s very, very dark and there’s less grey and appears in the photo. I will continue to play with styling options and root powders to get a color closer to something that works with my complexion, but do take heed with what this and other reviews are noting about the root color.

I love the style of this girl and the hair and cap is very soft. After trimming the lace she didn’t feel the same. She wanted to move around. I ended up having to wear a cap which I hated. I’m going to sew in new clips. I hope this help because I wore her to the grocery store and the clerk from the next aisle yelled I love your hair!
