I purchased the Kayla. I understand it was a sale item, but I purchased it based on the description as "medium brown with copper" and as well that is what is pictured. It is NOT medium brown, it is DARK brown almost black and the "copper" is not copper it is blonde. This is not even close to the description, & I feel very disappointed & deceived.

We have asked for picture of the wig you received via chat but unfortunately didnt hear back from you. Kayla does have the medium brown and copper color in her. We also do our best to describe the wig color and take images in different lighting to showcase the color change.

Kayla is sooo pretty!

I wasn’t sure about Kayla in this color. I have never had dark brown hair but I love auburn hair. This looks soooo pretty! I was surprised. Even though others had raved about her. The price was amazingly unreal! She is worth more than $29.99 , in my opinion. I ended up cutting the very darkest ends off just a bit. They looked almost black. Hurry and get this one before she is gone!

Beautiful and soft

Kayla was my first wig from Nel's. I don't normally wear the face framing lighter shades but I had been wanting to try a wig here and since this one was discontinued and so inexspensive, I decided to try it. I figured I could always use some root spray to tone it down if I needed to. To my surprise, I love it as is. It is so soft and pretty. I am not the most confident person but I felt so pretty in this wig.
