We’re sorry to hear this wig didn’t work out for you. We’ve received incredible feedback on it, but we understand that wigs can fit and look differently for everyone.

Here are few important things to consider, especially if you are new to wearing wigs:
1. Color Variation:
Wig colors can appear different depending on lighting. Our product photos are taken outdoors to capture the most accurate representation of the color. However, under indoor lighting, the color may appear darker. If you checked the color inside the house it will appear slightly darker.
2. Fit and Length:
Wig lengths can vary in appearance based on individual neck and shoulder proportions. For example, a 20” wig may look longer on some people and shorter on others. Our photos are taken on a mannequin for consistency, but it’s always important to refer to the description for the stated hair length.
