Kevin and I are going to visit family with our boys and during this period it is important to note the following updates on our services:
Regular orders placed until June 17th will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Lace cut for orders placed from June 12th to June 18th will not be performed.
Any orders placed between June 18th and July 7th will be shipped starting July 8th. During this time, while the rest of the customization are turned off, you can still request a Lace Cut on your orders if needed (add 'Lace Cut under Notes and please double check your notes before checking out). We will process these orders after we return.
Customization services are temporarily unavailable. Once we come back and finish shipping of existing orders, we will turn them back on. We will share updates on the exact date on the website.
Return Policy: If you opted for the return option and decide to return your product, returns can be initiated as usual within 7 days of receiving your products. The regular return process will apply. You should still ship the product back within 7 days of receiving it to the address provided on your return shipping label. The products will be inspected and we will send the store credit via email.
